What is TVIIP?

CTG’s Technology Venture Innovation and Investment Platform (or TVIIP) is a dedicated capability for a corporate client to support their in-house innovation and investment in targeted technology-based ventures.

CTG will customize and deploy TVIIP for its clients, ensuring they have a dedicated M&A capability, as well as developing an internal culture of business innovation.

TVIIP Objectives

The objectives of TVIIP are to promote innovation, value liberation, and ultimately through TVIIP activities and investees, shareholder returns.

A TVIIP client may invest (over several years) perhaps $50-100 million into a cluster of technology ventures that offer RoI, synergistic and strategic marketing benefits.

TVIIP has been designed and dimensioned to support that mission, and is flexible to support further growth.
