Contracting modelsThere are a variety of methods by which Capital Technic Group may be engaged. The following are common methods we use. Project based engagementCapital Technic Group can be engaged, and supply a Project Team, on a project basis. The client provides the terms of reference and is the contracting party. Pre-qualified service providerCapital Technic Group can be engaged to perform certain defined functions for which it has satisfied the client that it is qualified. The contract would be for a set term, subject to performance. The client refers its personnel or subsidiary companies, as may be the case, to Capital Technic Group to perform these functions. Company operatorCapital Technic Group can operate a business activity for the client, supplying the CEO and management team, as well as retaining those client personnel that fit within the business delivery parameters. OutsourcingCTG can outsource specialist functions as well as back office support activities. Project teamMost Capital Technic Group projects are delivered through a project team, but can also involve the assignment of specialist persons. Performance orientationCapital Technic Group would propose to develop a compact set of client oriented objectives, together with performance measures and milestones to provide a basis for ongoing evaluation. Depending upon the quantification of risks and other unknowns in an assignment Capital Technic Group may also propose that a performance oriented reward structure is structured.
